As Pitchfork reports , Bon Iver frontman Justin Vernon has started a new label called Chigliak , named after a character on Northern Exposure . The label, an imprint of Jagjaguwar , will release new records, and it'll also reissue albums that were "never released commercially" or were "locally released but never put on vinyl."
