Maybe we spoke too early . While no official announcement was made in regards to the change, Scott Weiland has apparently pushed back his previously announced fall tour dates in support of his forthcoming solo effort, Happy in Galoshes . Visitors to ScottWeiland.com will now notice that the planned November solo stint has been replaced by dates for an early 2009 tour. Since we are talking about Scott Weiland , anything is possible, but at least as of today, the Stone Temple Pilots frontman is still on track to release Happy in Galoshes , his second full-length studio effort, on November 25th. Spin.com has a track from the new Scott Weiland record Happy In Galoshes that we mentioned on Sunday . While "Paralysis" isn't quite as ecelectic as a lot of the tracks on Twelve Bar Blues were, it does manage to head away from pure hard rock, which is nice. Also, to be honest, doesn't it sound a bit like it could be a Scissors For Lefty outtake, or is that just us?

Despite being a complete personal and professional trainwreck, it appears that former Stone Temple Pilots/Velvet Revolver singer Scott Weiland will be releasing his second solo album this fall.
