Scouter - Broken Scouter Next weekend, July 23rd, is the second annual Allston DIY Fest in Allston, Massachusetts. This fest look too fun. Not only are there two stages, an acoustic and electric, with over 20 bands, but there are also workshops, skill shares, a really REALLY free market, records, zines and amazing organizations posting up.
