Sean Kingston is still recuperating in the hospital following his disastrous jet ski crash, but he appears to be in much better spirits. The 21-year old "Beautiful Girls" singer, who reportedly no longer requires the use of a breathing tube, tweeted a photo of himself flashing the peace sign to his fans. Kingston also included the message, "Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!" [Via Rap-Up ]
