Balagan is a very hot and fun track by New York's elusive DJ Turk Disco . The tune makes frustratingly good use of obnoxious horn music that I usually find more than annoying. I searched Google and Yahoo to see if I could find some information on this producer and found absolutely nothing of use other than his myspace account and a second track by the mysterious Turk.
