Lollapalooza's 2012 lineup has been announced in pieces over the last couple weeks with messages and ads on various Chicago buses, trains and spaces. Last night they officially announced the full lineup, which includes headlining spots from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Black Sabbath, and Jack White. Other acts include Justice, J. Sene's new album drops April 24th, today we have the LP's first official video in the form of "The Feel Reel". This is the album's first track, and is a jazzy and smokey record that leaves Sene a lot of room before the drums kick in over the second verse. The video was shot by Pace Rivers, and fits the tone very well. Watch it below.

This weekend I decided to pop Sene 's Brooklyknight in my car CD player, to see if it was that breakout album from the MC I have been waiting for all these years. While he has indeed commanded a steady internet following from past releases, it finally looks like Sene has discovered his niche and executed to near perfection. A number of tracks did a fine job of captivating me, but nothing blew me back like the Blu assisted "Backboards". Driven by strings and an echoing percussion track, this song is damn near epic. It's something proven again and again, and I am definitely in favor of them creating another full project together.
