A Los Angeles judge has denied a request from a company called Brand Sense , who was attempting to gain access to Britney Spears ' medical information. Brand Sense sued Britney in March for $10 million, claiming her camp went behind its back and screwed the company out of a 35 percent cut of the royalties from Britney's Elizabeth Arden fragrance deal.
