Un moment que nous attendions énormément est enfin arrivé. Le producteur hollandais Shook a annoncé la sortie officielle de son premier album pour le printemps. Et il a en même temps dévoilé un tout nouveau single nommé Tonight . Et c'est définitivement excellent ! Du bon gros funk avec des riffs de guitare à rendre fou et une bassline entrainante à souhait. Before you know it, Shook 's debut album will be here! Set to come out this spring, here is the last single His Shookness will release from it! Titled "Tonight," the producer manages to keep it funky on this one by relying on an assortment of hip-shaking basslines and guitar riffs to create some incredibly catchy retro vibes! If this is what the rest of his album has in store for us, we're in for quite the treat! Can't wait to buy this one!

When I first started hearing Shook 's songs last year or so I knew he was something special. His unique blend of dance and disco creates one of the most infectious sounds in the nu-disco game right now. His emphasis on melody and groove over peak hour pounding reflects his genius and puts him in the good company of disco masters such as Breakbot and Daft Punk . It just feels good!

This isn't a remix. Shook has taken snippets of Ghost Beach's 'Been There Before' and completely rendered them from an alt-rock electro piece into a slow disco meditation. The melodies sound similar but this remix is so damn different to the original that "remix" is definitely underselling it. What Shook does to these vocals makes for some sexy disco highs.
