Not too long after participating in The Social Registry's social club 7" series, Sian Alice Group lay their full length LP, 59.59 on us and surpass the expectations that have since been building. Though the group has quite a few pedigrees that surround them; adding Douglas Hart of Jesus and Mary Chain to their ranks and collaborating with members of Spiritualized and Gang Gang Dance, these don't really give any indication of the sound. The Social Registry is pleased to announce the debut full-length album from London-based band, Sian Alice Group . The album, 59.59 is set for a Feb 19, 2008 release. The band is already on the rise in its native England having opened a string of shows for Spiritualized and received a flurry of attention in the press.
