No, it hasn't been that long, but the more I listened to their debut disc, the more I wanted to hear MORE...and hear it NOW! 'Swoon' is the dreaded sophomore album...but after spinning it a few times, I don't think the word 'slump' could be applied to this record in any context. There are times I can't believe it's been three years since Silversun Pickups burst onto the scene with their video for "Well Thought Out Twinkles." They've also rolled out a video for the first single, "Panic Switch." It's a really sweet video that much like the Black Joe Lewis video is both simple and well-done, but I do offer a word of caution to viewers who are susceptible to epileptic seizures. =w=
