I wonder if the Slaughterhouse guys ever go into a song thinking only a couple of them are going to rap on it, and then after a short time, everyone ends up on demanding to get on.  On this new joint, "Truth or Truth", all of them get a lot off their chest regarding their personal lives, their relationship with Hip Hop, and much more.  The original is Rick Ross' "Tears of Joy" featuring Cee-Lo and produced by No I.D. This one is off their forthcoming Gangsta Grillz mixtape, On The House .  Peep it below.

Tears of Joy is becoming one of my favorite beats to have come out in the past few years. Just seems like every rapper to hop on the No I.D. joint ends up blacking out on it. This one is no different, featuring the lyrical juggernaut supergroup. Royce does come off weakest on the track, but Joe Budden locks in. More new material from Slaughterhouse.  Yesterday we got the marathon rap record, "I See Dead People" , today it's a little more deep with the Boi-1da produced, "Goodbye".  This song was premiered on Sway In The Morning Show on Shade 45, and according to X , it's the first song that Slaughterhouse recorded for the new album, Welcome To Our House .  The subject matter details loss, as each emcee uses their verse to send one last message to a relative that passed away.  Listen below and cop on iTunes if you dig it.

Their sophomore album is scheduled (for now) to drop at the end of the month, and they also have a mixtape on the way.  Eminem has been saying a lot of big things about Slaughterhouse's new LP, one that he has been very hands on in producing.  The crew gives us reason to be hopeful with this rap Olympics ready joint, "I See Dead People", produced by araabMUZIK .

Can we all agree that we're anticipating Slaughterhouse 's new mixtape,  On The House , much more than their sophomore full-length,  Welcome To: Our House ? If not, then at least we can agree that the tape will probably have a lot more to offer in terms of off-the-wall lyricism. And, honestly, these four dudes are at their best when they're allowed to just spit whatever the fuck they want for however long they want.
