Manchmal geschehen ja doch noch Wunder. So hat die amerikanische Shoegazeband Snowdonnas schon vor Jahren ihre Auflösung beschlossen, lebte aber durch Hymnen wie «Come closer» in meinem Herzen fort. Und nun, Anfang 2010, bringt die Band postum ihr Album heraus, als kostenlosen Download! Das hätte ich gar nicht mehr zu hoffen gewagt... Once there were three boys called The Transmitters. In Fall 2001, they met a fourth boy in Fort Worth, Texas and became the Snowdonnas, creating a melodic and dreamy mixture of sounds that combine and wrap around you to keep you warm on those cold and lonely nights.
