Solander is a Swedish folk-pop trio that creates mystically beautiful songs. On Monday night J-Fur and I went to the Grand Opening of the new Chipotle burrito joint in Citrus Park. While I do like Chipotle, now that they are no longer affiliated with McDonald's, my reason for going wasn't their burritos. The Grand Opening was a benefit for Sweetwater Organic Community Farm . Die erste Single verspricht auch für Solanders Zweitling kleine, aber feine Popsongs mit melancholischem Folk-Einschlag. Solander startete als Solo-Projekt von Fredrik Karlsson, der zur Realisierung seiner Visionen ganze Bands oder einzelne Musiker aus der Malmöer Indieszene rekrutierte. Inzwischen ist daraus ein festes Trio geworden, das simplen Popsongs mit traurigen Melodien und folkigen Elementen das gewisse Etwas verleiht. Ab Mitte Mai versucht Solander mit "Passing Mt.
