South by southwest (SXSW) is coming soon, and that means more features on new bands. One band that's eagerly anticipating SXSW is Some Community from Brazil. Some Community released a digital EP last year called RiñoRiño . RiñoRiño is a nice piece of post punk/art rock that uses casitones and melodica to accent traditional rock instruments. The band reminds a lot of Sonic Youth, but the inclusion of smaller keyboards and electronic equipment adds a strangely beautiful twist. They will be releasing a new single soon and in advance of SXSW. [...]
