This was the first day of the 2012 edition of the Reading festival. This post will be about bands and acts that played on Friday the 24th of August. Spector have gone 'EDM'! In a somewhat unexpected move, the band got Benny Benassi to remix their fantastic single "Never Fade Away" , and the result is quite massive. It's proper hands-in-the-air rave o'clock, with those post-chorus rave-off-your-tits bits so popular with the kids nowadays. Fresh Faced dapper budding outfit Spector are weeks away from releasing their anticipated debut project Enjoy It While It Lasts and the boys have surfaced a clip for the heavy tune "Never Fade Away." A massive tune all by its lonesome now has visuals. Album available on August 13th via Fiction Recordings.
