For a formula that seems so simple, garage rock is very easy to screw up. California's Spider Problem has to it right, though. In fact, it's so right that it begs the question of what the Stooges were thinking when they put out the Weirdness . This band is dangerous. Spider Problem , a fearless group of chums from LA put screeches everywhere, guitars that shriek and skronk and shout, lead singer (and sexy as hell) Shayne Eastin plays the enigmatic antihero with wails and yelps and anthemic bursts of madness. And the backline? Holy god.
