First we had the Valerie crew (Russ Chimes, Anoraak, etc), Institubes (Surkin, Para One, etc), French-house god Fred Falke, then The Toxic Avenger, and last, but not least, Stereoheroes. One of the hottest things since French bread, Stereoheroes blew onto the scene late last year with the release of their hit "Fin Fang Foom" and have not left it since. BIG Respect for Blog 'Wizards are better' who put on one hell of a sick night last Thursday... Over at 333, Dem Slackers started the night and played a brilliant fidgety set, though to a small crowd, main acts Mustard Pimp and Stereoheroes put on an impressive show, whipping out some heavy, heavy tunes causing crowds of people to howl in pleasure filled agony as their ears were crushed by filthy Fidgety Bassline... Big Splash est un label à part avec un concept innovant et franchement fun pour chaque sortie d'EP...Le principe est simple, chaque EP comprend 2 artistes/groupes qui proposent chacun un track, et ils vont s'affronter par un système de vote. Wow what a night. I've only just been able to reach the computer to write this. My legs and neck are still fucked from bouncing and head banging, but oh was it worth it! Above is a nice picture of Mustard Pimp who played from 11 till 12 and still fucking destroyed the dancefloor, even though one of the decks broke near the beginning, (we had a back-up thank god!).
