After their legendary parties at The End sadly finished, veteran London production and DJ duo Layo & Bushwacka! have continued to champion the finest techno talents with their raw Shake It! parties featuring the likes of Plus 8/Minus boss Richie Hawtin, Minus stars Magda & Marc Houle and many more. It's those credentials, coupled with their consistent back catalogue, which see the duo return to Plus 8 for a second offering this July in the form of Storm & Stress.

RULES for uninitiated noobs : With roughly 100MB of webspace, I give birth to a weekly Mix Tape to be deposited on your iPods or Zunes or Kingklangs or whatever the industry is currently pushing on you. It was two years ago, and I drove up to Bristol, Rhode Island, where my friend Ian attended law school. I described the entire weekend in detail here on the blog, but I'm sure it wasn't my finest moment as a writer seeing as how I was intoxicated pretty much from the moment I arrived on Friday [...]
