New Killers single "Pet Shop Boys meet Johnny Cash" Indie-cutie Brandon of The Killers has often expressed his love for the PSB (check him out above) and les Pets even remixed the ace Read My Mind from Sam's Town , but the new single Human almost sounds like a PSB cover (albeit a little more stadium-friendly). It was produced by Stuart Price, who did Madge's Confessions On A Dance Floor , and will be all over your radio for the next year. And of course I can't post it here; the legals are all over hypemachine right now!

New Killers Album 'Day And Age' Jacques lu Cont-ified Currently, the Killers is finishing the album which is scheduled to be released in November 2008. Brandon Flowers has stated that there is no concept art for the fourth album yet. However, the band headed to the studio in June and the album is being produced by Stuart Price. Flowers also stated in an interview with Q that he was excited to play a new song called "Tidal Wave", influenced by David Bowie's "Drive-In Saturday" and "I Drove All Night" by Roy Orbison. LIVE SUNDAY: LES RYTHMES DIGITALES (1998) A bit of live electro from the impossibly diverse Stuart Price in his Les Rythmes Digitales disguise with a track that you'll have heard from a car advert (Citroen?). Stuart is from Reading but originally claimed he was French (French house was big at the time) and that his name was Jacques Lu Cont (geddit!). He was originally on Wall of Sound records, more normally associated with Big Beat.
