Silver Swans were recently brought to my attention through a comparison to Camera Obscura . The vocals have that same innocent and breathy quality, but these tracks are a bit more elusive and melancholy. They are almost too easy to love, but the appeal is undeniable as they manage to stay sweet without being too saccharine. Look forward to their album Forever , which is to be released late this year.
