We cannot tell you simply enough how excited and goosebumpy we are even talking about the sophomore record from LA's Silversun Pickups , Swoon, which is set to hit stores April 14. Common Reactor comes from the band's first full-length album Carnavas , which hit #1 on Billboard 's Top Heatseekers album chart.
