Black Belles headlines one stage, while JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound gets top billing on the other tonight (Friday). Toronto, Canada's version of South by Southwest, North by Northeast returns June 11-17th, bringing live music, film screenings, and interactive panels to venues across the city. In regards to the music portion, some 650 bands will perform across 50 stages.
