2013 marks the thirteenth anniversary of The Dandy Warhols ’ third album, Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia. To celebrate the occasion, the band has overseen a newly remastered and expanded 13th Anniversary Edition of the album, to be released June 11 in 2CD and digital audio packages by Capitol/UMe. Perhaps the ultimate indie-rock supergroup of modern times, new collective Thriftstore Masterpiece have revealed details of an upcoming covers album release. The project, headed by Charles Normal, features contributions from Pixies man Frank Black, Art Brut's Eddie Argos, Modest Mouse's Isaak Brook, The Dandy Warhols' Courtney Taylor-Taylor, Pete Yorn and more.
