Brooklyn's next new fantastic experimental groovy pop band has arrived. Young Heel , has just put out their debut EP, and it includes 5 gorgeous tracks that does it a mighty job of relaxing the shit out of you. While the tracks are drenched in reverb, it still comes off as effortlessly catchy. Especially the jungle inspired "Falls". Have a listen below and than be sure to download it at their bandcamp . Brooklyn experimental pop outfit Young Heel first caught our attention with their winter-cool, chillwave-y take on the Ready For The World booty call jam "Love You Down". Bristol's cleverly named Seasfire , could be England's next answer for down-tempo, heavy bass R&B. On their single, "Falling", the vocals are massive, and while the instrumentation may seem quite minimal at first, it cascades slowly and deeply into the heartbeat of this track. I even hear a tiny bit of Seal in here. I mean in that in the most positive way.With a very interesting immediate sound, I'm quite intrigued to see what the future holds for these guys. Bristol's answer to current North American trends in R&B, Seasfire skillifully marry, not only that sound, but pop, big guitar British indie, and quiet storm among others.
