Widowspeak- "Gun Shy" "Harsh Realm" caught my attention very quickly. I rarely go out of my way to fork up extra dough for a 7 inch anymore, but it instantly captivated me. "Gun Smoke" does more of the same. It sounds rougher on the edges but uses the same dream inducing effect highly reminiscent of Mazzy Star. Like the title "Gun Shy" might suggest, Widowspeak create a track for the frontier.
