New free album dropped today from Meyhem Lauren, just a couple weeks after his buddy Action Bronson dropped his. This is Laurenovich's second free album/mixtape of the year and this one is even better than the last. The feels are the same, but there is more diversity on the production of this one, and ML even does some tracks on his own. We gave the reins to Nathan.Lankford and Nicole Baumann on this one, since they write the majority of the album reviews, but we all have a little representation within this. Having already been resurrected in hologram form earlier this year, Nate Dogg is now the subject of a new studio album. According to AllHipHop.com , Nate Dogg: It’s A Wonderful Life will feature unreleased music recorded by the late crooner, including collaborations with Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Just when you thought the musical hologram was a dying fad , Nas brings Amy Winehouse back to life in his new video for "Cherry Wine". The track appears on Nas' latest LP, Life is Good , and features previously unreleased vocals from the late singer. In the video, Nas plays a bartender whose late night establishment is entertained by holoram Winehouse and her band. Jay Martin served as the video's director.

Throughout Werewolf Hologram Ecid comes off like the bastard lovechild of Astronautalis and Childish Gambino. Doomtree. Astronautalis. Kristoff Krane. Ecid. The twin cities indie hip-hop scene is exploding right now and Werewolf Hologram is the most recent piece of its intricate puzzle. Of all of those mentioned, his style is closest to Astronautalis's despite being more sample heavy.
