The Human League - Never Let Me Go (Aeroplane Remix) The Human League are an English electronic New Wave band formed in Sheffield, England in 1977. Although the band might be old, they seem to have adapted well to the modern music industry. Bands today have a very different way of getting their music out there then they did 20 years ago. The process I've noticed sorta goes like this: 1.) Announce your album 2.) Pre-release one of your singles to a big-name DJ 3.) Have that DJ come up [...]

Human League get Vitoed... This is a synthterpiece! Human League - Never Let Me Go (Aeroplane Remix) by aRod@GottaDanceDirty™ SlothBoogie

Aeroplane has remixed the new single by aging 'New Wave' band The Human League . This may not be a surprise to some as they did play out an extended edit of The Human League track ' Don't You Want Me ' during the 500th Essential Mix and obviously have a soft side for the band. The single will also feature a remix by Italo Connection . The Human League - Never Let Me Go (Aeroplane Remix) (192)

To be completely honest, I'm not quite sure how to even begin this review, aside from "holy shit this episode was awesome". I'll say that right off the bat. Tonight's episode, "Blame it on the Alcohol", had good performances-even with the songs I disliked-and a more than intriguing plot. How about we start it with just this simple statement: the glee club needs to get drunk more often. Their shenanigans made the episode, and it was a vast improvement from last week's "meh, whatever." As the episode title would imply, this week's episode focused on the subject of [...]
This week's Glee episode featured an unexpected duet between Lea Michele and Darren Criss.
Here's a look at the songs covered in the February 22 episode of Glee, including takes on tracks by Ke$ha and Jamie Foxx.

Vito has just posted a preview of his new remix for none other than Human League and their second single 'Never Let Me Go' - it's the usual high standard for Vito and is sure to pop up in a load mixtapes next month.
Here it is, the reMix we've been waiting for. Nu-Disco pioneers Aeroplane 's reMix of the forthcoming The Human League single, 'Never Let Me Go'. The original version is a Robo-Pop stomper that sees The Human League sounding more contemporary than their pervious single 'Night People', but this reMix takes it to another level. All Vito Aeroplane's trademark filtered Disco grooves are in there alongside Phil, Joanne and Susan. Massive chords in the chorus work expertly alongside 80's riffs in the verses. All-in-all, worth the wait. We'll probably be hammering this most of the summer! [...]
Inside the heart of every electronic music fan is a gizmos & gadgets nerd. And so, for the gearhead within, there's Electric Independence, Vice technology blog Motorboard 's insight into the neurotic minutia of electronic music. Electric Independence's first season brought us the extraordinary bleeps and bloops of various acts, from the emerging (Xeno & Oaklander, XXXChange) to the established (RJD2, Chromeo) to the legendary (Devo, Vince Clarke of pretty much every '80s thing that mattered). The second season's debut , fresh on Motorboard today , is just as [...]
There's a lovely interview with The Human League over on The Quietus : Joanne Catherall: Well, our last record didn't do as well as expected which was partially because the record label went bust on the day it released. After that we started doing a bit of live work and instead of actively looking for a label which is what we'd done in the past we decided to concentrate on the live thing. We'd got a manager who made it so we could earn money from that. We did this for maybe seven years and then felt [...]

From their 2003 full length, "Give Up" is one of my personal favorites from The Postal Service , "Nothing Better". Has a slight nod to Human League - Don't You Want Me with a he said, she said view of a couple's break up. The Postal Service - Nothing Better myspace: Jen Wood / blog: Jen Wood

For all of you sensitive synth poppers out there... Human League - Lovin' Feelin' (Peter Dragontail Reddit) by peterdragontail
