Shortly after Los Angeles' Cerulean parted ways, guitarist Noel Kelly found himself face to face with death after he smashed his car into the side of a Catholic church. Actions very often have reactions: the crash lead to the loss of his driver's license which lead to the loss of his job. Seeking a fresh start, Noel packed his belongings and moved to Portland, OR.
