Lanterns Deep from within the bowels of the UK ambient\concrete/drone scene comes the Leeds/Glasgow duo of Luke Vollar/\Andres Jonnson, aka Lanterns. With a plethora of independent releases behind them of period-related, semi-improvised experiments, these guys are definitely no strangers to the manipulation of sound. This track I found to be most engaging from the selection of slow, surreal, textured jams on their myspace. Reminds me a bit of Ducktails but way more abstract and visual.
