Londoner's 'Loom' has been a name that's been quietly passed between blogs, bands and Pr people on facebook and Twitter for about a month now. The group, who's live show's been talked about in hushed whispers on East London's smoking terraces, have just dropped a stream of their first single, Bleed On Me, which is a throaty snarl of reverb, heavy guitars and barely-there choruses. Their frontman Tarik, who's Faris Badwan's kid brother, ties things together nicely and the single, which is just the right side of heavy, should draw in a fair few fans...
