Make Do And Mend has announced that a new bassist has joined their ranks. The band's statement reads, simply: "Make Do And Mend has a new bass guitarist. His name is Luke Schwartz and he is our best friend. He is the best thing to happen to this band in a long time, so please welcome him to the MDAM family with open arms." As per the traveling festival's announcement last week, Make Do And Mend will be heading out on this summer's Warped Tour.

Philadelphia-based Heartwell has joined the Panic Records roster and has planned studio time for their debut full-length. The album will be tracked in January with a release planned for spring 2012. The album will follow Heartwell's On Science, On Strings EP, which you can listen to over at their facebook page

Pentimento will be taking their 2011 album, Wrecked on the road at the end of December and through January and February. The shows will feature Light Years .

Panic Records has signed Breag Naofa . The Seattle-based band will be releasing their self-titled debut on February 14, 2012 . The band's name comes from Old Irish Gaelic and is pronounced Bray-G Nay-Fuh) which simply means "holy lie" the sound is described as: Breag Naofa brings on a sound that is of the slow, crushing, heavy repetitive nature while adding layers of ambience to almost give you the feeling of being "lost" along with them in the music. I have been anticipating this for awhile now- our beloved Kitten cover one of my favorite bands of all time, The Smiths. As expected, this cover is ace.
