The 13th annual Chicago Folk & Roots Festival will once again grace Chicago's Welles Park, 2333 West Sunnyside Avenue, on July 10 and 11. The main stage lineup for the fest was released this afternoon and includes well known local acts such as Hoyle Brothers , Sanctified Grumblers and the Occidental Brothers .
