With all the information that we have on this tightly lipped event dawning down onto America's oceans sometime soon, Sensation's events for the last several years around the globe (in white or in black) have staggered each and everyone's belief year after year. Mark 31 May 2012 in your calendar now for Sensation's official event announcement and butterfly-excitement launch party.

It's been way too quiet on the Sensation America front, but now we're told we should know a whole lot more before May is out . The familiar teaser video just hit our email inboxes (again) along with the promise of an event announcement and launch party on May 31st. The simple invite tells recipients to "tell them we are coming" — so that's exactly what we've decided to do. We have been hearing things for a few months now about possible locations and venues for the incredible event, so hopefully we'll have some confirmations very soon! [...]

It's the news you've been waiting for America - almost. Today we learned that an announcement about the heavily anticipated Sensation America is slated for Thursday, May 31. The first Sensation event to take place on this side of the pond will be going down in October 2012, which gives event organizers a nice bit of time to prepare and avoid the summer festival madness. Holy shit. That's way I keep saying to myself as I listened through this live set. Hardwell has been one of absolute my favorite Dutch House artists of 2011, and this mix just reinforces that further. I explore other types of EDM, but Dutch House will always be my one true love.
