The Field , aka Swedish producer Axel Willner, has created one of the best records of the year with his third LP, the aptly named Looping State of Mind . The sketch-comedy troupe The State were given a television show on MTV in 1993 and ran for three seasons on the station before parting ways. The State produced many familiar faces in television and comedy and still to this day, the showmakes me laugh whenever I am able to catch the rare repeats.
