Ting Tings - Soul Killing I gotta admit, the first few songs on the new Ting Tings album almost lost me. The tracks hiding in the middle of this release are fucking ballsy though, and the breadth of styles this duo displays really is impressive. I really thought the Ting Tings were finally irrelevant after the world overdosed on That’s Not My Name, but this is a mature step forward from these two. Color me impressed. The Ting Tings won't be making any classic albums, but they did manage to have a couple of party records on their debut. The two got their start doing house parties and playing small club venues in England. Sounds From Nowheresville won't be released until February 27th, but it leaked weeks in advance. The Ting Tings have shaken themselves out of hibernation for the Spring. The Brit duo (made up of Katie White and Jules De Martino) will embark on a 25-date tour in March and April in anticipation of their long-awaited sophomore LP, Sounds From Nowheresville . Manchester pop rock duo The Ting Tings are set to release their long awaited sophomore LP Sounds from Nowheresville on February 27th, and today, they've announced tour dates in support of the upcoming studio effort. Starting with a two night stint in Los Angeles on March 21st and 22nd, the pair will tour up the West Coast of the U.S. and Canada before heading out east. The Ting Tings have mapped out spring tour dates in support of their upcoming LP, Sounds From Nowheresville .
