Here's a new (but not new) Zeds Dead track that has been in their back pockets for a few months, but thankfully, they've decided it's time for the track to see the light of day. The tune may have been played at a Zeds Dead show or two from time to time, but for most, this track remained unheard - until now. "Toot Toot" draws you in with soulful & seductive vocals then jumps into your skin with mid-tempo synths & ambient bass kicks. A signature sound unlike any other: chill out, dub out, Zeds Dead style. [...]

For someone who hasn't dealt out a drum & bass tune in over a decade, Kaskade still seems to have a pretty good handle on the genre. Today, he revealed his latest sensational pop-hit; a bright, upbeat and radio ready Katy Perry remix. So far his fans seem to have mixed feelings about this unfamiliar approach from their favorite progressive house producer, but I think there's really no doubt about the quality of this song. Taking a song that is so poppy and transforming it into something that both EDM & popular music fans can enjoy should not [...]
3LAU has been steadily shifting his career from college party mashup all-star to big room, progressive house producer and main stage DJ. Name a genre sexier then moombahton. With it's worldly influences, up tempo beats, purely intoxicating builds, and a relentless dance-till-you-drop attitude, there is no equal. As more producers pick up on the style and add their own histories to the mix, the music just doesn't stop coming. So, every Sunday on BounceBug, we'll be dialing up a sizzling round of tracks to you fans that will showcase just how wildly fun this moombahton movement naturally is. Let's start the fuego. Time to turn up the heat on your Sunday evening. This week we lead off with [...]
When creating truly great whateverstep it's not so much how filthy fuckin' grime you can make your bass drop, but instead how you can use that bass drop to fuse into the rest of the song, into the rest of what inspires you, the bassline is not the central force behind to song, but instead a tool in which to convey a message. Ableton master and "Pantysoak Dropstep" dynamo, LA's Kill Paris creates this fusion absolutely perfectly. After only releasing for a few years, this up and comer is definitely worth lending an ear. [...]
YAYYY AREAAAA!!!! There's nothing better than a good old Northern California, high school throwpack, it's almost as good as going to high school during the Hyphy movement itself, which was pretty effing great if I don't say so myself. Although Hyphy has become a comforting warmth shaded in drunken late night nostalgia, it is grand to see that Stunnaman and Lil B of The Pack can still spit smoothly over Star Slinger 's busy, chunky thumper of a beat. Bad Bitches (Feat. Stunnaman & LIL B) – Star Slinger [ Click to [...]
Here's to house music. A genre that thrives with millions of producers exuding a wide array of styles and sounds. Some fall short of the standard and others propel themselves far ahead of the pack, we're focused on the latter. Every week, sometimes twice, this segment will bring you three brand new, exasperatingly good house tracks to stock up your music library. All we ask is that if you find yourself infatuated with a track, support the artist in their future releases and buy a little something. [...]
Dyro is at it again this week, this time with a collaborative track with fellow dutch producer Loopers . The two have worked together in the past and in "Monster Talk," their chemistry has never sounded better. The track picks up speed in the beginning, pumping up the energy with striking big room synths. Once the drop kicks, ready yourself for a wild ride of grinding, jarring, and club heavy synths. Also, I can't get over how cool the interlude at 1:43 is (2:31 in the full length track), makes the whole song very unique, plus it sticks [...]
June 11th, 2012, the day Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs releases 'Trouble', is going to be an extraordinary Monday. The Oxford DJ/producer who became famous for his extravagant head gear and blissful dance music, just revealed the first track off of the forthcoming album - in the aftermath of listening to the song, I'm at a point where it's no longer socially acceptable for me to contain my excitement for it's release. "American Dream Part II" begins with layers of glistening synths that flutter into a lively house drop & space-age ambiance. The track reminds me a lot of the [...]

Mr. Vega & DJ SAV are the two parts that make up NYC moombahton duo Sazon Booya . Teaming up together in 2011, the group has since been pouring out moombahtastic music that has made some of the world's best take notice. Their recent releases such as a remix of " Set Fire To The Rain ," " Secret Heart " off OWSLA's 'Free Treats Vol. 2,' and their own ' Moonlight EP ' have been met with much admiration and unpredictable popularity. Together, the two are creating an entirely new lifestyle of music all about cutting loose and [...]
Boulder's own Big Gigantic recently released a freebie remix in conjunction with the Canadian kings of catchy dubstep, Adventure Club. The AC original, "Do I See Color," released 4 months ago, was met with wild praise all over the internet, making it the duo's first great original. Big Gigantic has refurbished the track with a more mellow, jazzy but still dubstep-esque feel. The persistent saxophone, which strikes a melody reminiscent of Maroon 52s " Sunday Morning ,"and dazzling synths - decadent ear candy. Download & enjoy! Do I See Color (Big Gigantic [...]

I'm talking of course about their latest release: 'Digital Drug EP,' 3 tracks of musical progress in it's most energy packed form. Start off with a taste: Digital Drug EP Teaser - The Boomzers [...]
Tommy Trash plus Deadmau5; sounds like an explosive house combo that's almost too good to be true. Two definite masters of their production domains and two of the biggest names in the world right now. This remix is the raging version of "The Veldt," meaning this is what it would have sounded liked had Deadmu5 been more of an crazed electro house producer. Now, instead of soothing synth chords, the song is filled with a pump-up, feet-stomping harmony, to the key of the original. Release date is set for June 24th, enjoy! [...]
