Since the CBC made the colossal boner of letting the iconic Hockey Night In Canada theme song slip away from them a few years back, the Mother Corp has been trying to fill the void. This year they've enlisted Colin MacDonald, singer for The Trews , to perform the replacement tune "Hockey Tonight". He does an admirable job. The Trews ' song "One by One" is somewhere along the lines of poppy folk/rock music, but the rest of their music has a much stronger rock vibe. As this summer comes to a near close and stages are getting blown down by the mighty winds killing concert goers and Cheap Trick is getting their set shortened to 7 songs in Cooney Island due to crazy lighting; I'd say things are looking pretty grim for music. So I tried out playing the Sirius Canada 's Face the Music contest. All I can say is this is one fun and tough game. I only got 5 out of 10 questions right, and looking at the Leader board.
