Beck has recently added a new section to his website called the Record Club, where he and a number of collaborators, including Nigel Godrich, Giovanni Ribisi and the incredibly beautiful Thorunn Magnusdottir, get together to cover some of their favorite songs. For their first project, the group chose to cover one of my favorite albums, The Velvet Underground and Nico, in its entirety and will be releasing a new song each week on Beck's website.
