Gnucci Banana kind of puts the Swedish rap scene on its end. She's global and seems to be everywhere while Swedish rappers tend to have extreme difficulties to reach outside Ametist Azordegans's radio show or be featured as "mp3 of the week" over at whoa.nu, especially women since they hardly ever gets mentioned in these forums as actives at all. Gnucci's strength is to never put boundaries for herself. Globelle ist ein sehr junges Label aus Regensburg, was sich erstmal etwas strange anhrt. Regensburg hat sich ja bisher nie wirklich als Musikmetropole dargestellt, aber hier ist das wohl ne Ausnahme. Felix Neumann aka. Fex Fellini ist der Kopf der ganzen Sache und hat im vergangenem Jahr mit einem Release bei unseren guten Bekannten von Top Billin fr ordentlich Tamtam gesorgt. I hope you guys who made it to Roskilde were at the Cosmopol-stage Saturday's, from what I've heard Spoek Mathambo and and Gnucci Banana tore it down with Schlachthofbronx. So gutted I missed it.
