Times New Viking have announced they will release a brand new EP this coming November. Over & Over is the follow-up to 20112s album Dancer Equired and will be released on 123 vinyl via Wichita on 19 November. The EP will also be made digitally available to download from 15 October. Tuesday night at Cafe Bourbon St., Columbus friends and fans will say goodbye to Times New Viking guitarist Jared Phillips before he departs to Cleveland this weekend. Before leaving, though, Phillips partnered up with Ron House to record some songs for a new project they're calling Counter Intuits . House said he plans to release an LP of the pair's lo-fi recordings titled Sheets of Hits on his newly formed local label, Pyramid Scheme. Look for the release in early November. Times New Viking recently, and rather quietly, announced an Oct. 16 release date for a new 123 EP titled Over & Over - but not on Merge Records. For this release TNV is going back to Siltbreeze , the label that put out the band's debut LP Dig Yourself and follow-up The Paisley Reich .
