Ah yes, Ohio trio Times New Viking made some big announcements the other day; just as I was beginning to wonder if a new album was to be released this year. The band has jumped from the Matador ship over to Merge Records who will release the band's new album Dancer Equired on April 25th. After partying with Matador , Ohio's Times New Viking are now joining the likes of Arcade Fire, She & Him, Superchunk, and The Mountain Goats at Merge Records .
