This is the band T'Pau who formed in 1986, and according to an entry on wikipedia, took their name from a female Vulcan priestess by the same name in the Star Trek universe. This is the band sounding like they had been around for alot longer than just over a year in this performance. A friend once told me... ...that T'Pau were always overlooked. Well, for good reason I would reply. But Owen (above) wouldn't have any of it. I'd just be talking to his hand when I said Carol Decker probably smelled a bit unwashed and had a mouth like a sewer. RDS 80s extravanganza featuring Rick Astley and Bananarama postponed

Rick Astley fans shed a tear. The scheduled Here and Now concert which was due to take place in the RDS Simmonscourt on the 13th December and to feature T'Pau, Bananarama, Curiosity Killed the Cat, Kid Creole & The Coconuts, Belinda Carlisle, Rick Astley and Nik Kershaw has now been postponed. No word yet on if it's postponed indefinitely or whether it'll be rescheduled but keep an eye out here for more deets. For now though.. Rick Astley TV on MUZU . Random Posts [...]
