![[News] Trash Talk Announce European Tour](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/4956634_lg.jpg)
Trash Talk have just announced a European Tour set for June and July this year. The tour will see them play Denmark, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland along with a host of dates in the UK and Scotland. See the poster above for details. Tickets are on sale now so be quick. I've heard the Manchester date is selling out ridiculously quick due to the Star and Garter being a tiny venue. Avoid disappointment and grab a ticket quickly!
Trash Talk apparently have gained drummer Thomas Pridgen (ex-Mars Volta), though the circumstances seem a little strange give their old drummer hasn't really quit. So according to LambGoat, who are credited at the bottom of this article for the original news break, have quoted Pridgen as saying: On a good note I [am] currently working ...

In 2010, I became obsessed with OFWGKTA [Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, for quick reference]. Following the release of Tyler’s Bastard at the end of 2009, a friend sent me a link and I became enamored with the world of Tyler, Earl, Hodgy, Frank Ocean and company. Tyler was one of the first artists I saw rise from underground anonymity to huge success story and subsequently provided me with my first hipster feelings of “HEY, I TOTALLY KNEW ABOUT THAT GUY BEFORE HE WAS FAMOUS”. It’s been over two years since “Yonkers” first blew up, and even [...]

Let me make one thing clear right off the bat: Skeletonwitch is a pretty rad name for a band. If I was a 13 year old kid wanting to scrawl a band's logo onto my binder, these boys from Ohio would definitely make the cut. Wait, do kids still draw band logos on their binders or are they too busy texting? Actually, scratch that. I don't think kids even use binders anymore. What the kids are into is a good, old fashioned metal/hardcore show, and the fine folks behind Pitchfork's Show No Mercy column provided that [...]

By the luck of the musical gods (and a decent pair of shoes), Consequence of Sound survived Wednesday, the first full day of South by Southwest . Diving in head first, we bared witness to some of the festival's most anticipated big-name acts and, of course, the more low-key buzz bands, all the while avoiding mosh pits, dehydration, insomnia-induced madness, and paying $9 for a slice of pizza. Check out our full coverage, and come back tomorrow for even more SXSW insanity. That is, unless we die first. Wednesday, March 13th [...]

Austin's rich queso tradition in full bloom. SXSW is about to pop off once more. Old friends come into town. Bros become bros. Sweating your gotdamn perm out. Bands come here with the intent of being "discovered," despite that the bands who are scheduled for all the right parties win the battle before stepping on the field. Assholes moving here from other parts of the country who have the
