Last year TV On The Radio's guitarist/vocalist Kyp Malone became Rain Machine and released a majestic, arty- folk record Rain Machine , that seemed to be quite overlooked. Noise Pop boasts quite the musical lineup this year, but the San Francisco festival has more up its sleeve.
