The band took shape in the spring of 2006, inspired by the London Underground, and the music evolved to something unique. One of my favorite new bands is The Deer Tracks and that is mainly for the lush and seductive vocals of Elin Lindfors. So, I was pleased to find out the Twiggy Frostbite also features Elin Lindfors singing lead. I`m finding myself heavily absorbed into the magic of `Twiggy Frostbite`, there is a fresh ambient air warming this beautiful sound, which drifts steadily, advancing from the cold Swedish coastline. It`s seems very apparent by the winter 2009 release date for the debut album`Through Fire` a sense of urgency is not included in the agenda and this is one collection of songs I certainly don`t mind waiting for. Swedish pop group Twiggy Frostbite has been flooding my ears with their catchy, melodic hooks. Their music makes me feel like a small child lost in a huge world and scared, but at the same time like everything will be fine. Florence and the Machine, one of London's most talked about new talents, will be releasing her second single in America on December 2nd. The Deer Tracks started out as a studio project and a side project for the two members Elin Lindfors ( Twiggy Frostbite ) and Daniel Lehnberg ( Leiah , Ariel Kill Him ). After a lot of attention on the net, they ended up playing on the Rookie festival in Hultsfred, and the project quickly evolved into something more serious.
