Photos and words by Walter Sy The musical project spawned by artist Scott Hansen (aka graphic artist ISO50) Tycho brought a feast for the eyes and ears to The Troubadour. Beginning with a dynamic backdrop of visuals followed by the band's signature slow, dreamy, and ambient sounds, Rory O'Connor (drums) and Zac Brown (bass) gave each track new life with varying beats and vibrating bass-line. Hailing from Sacramento, Doombird served as a great complement for Tycho and the night with their "electronica-induced hyper-stimulation" music. [...]
