Vedera finally released their sophomore album " Stages " on Tuesday, October 6. The band have been working on the album since 2007. Producers Mike Flynn and Warren Huart were a part of this project, as well creating " The Rain " and " Goodbye My Love ". I had almost written Vedera (ex- Veda ) off as a mediocre pop rock outfit after I started hearing songs off their latest Stages EP . Local Kansas City band Vedera were involved in an accident last week when their van and trailer hit a patch of ice on the way home to Kansas City and flipped. Lead singer Kristen May suffered a broken nose, and their sound guy had some surgery on cuts to his leg, but everyone is recovering.
