Peter played to a jam-packed crowd at The Cabin in November Peter Miller is We Are The Willows, and we love his stuff . A Twin Cities man, he defines life in the fast lane. When he isn't hacking the homeland security mainframe, he's day-trading at the NYSE via bluetooth. This plus all the great music he makes amounts to a busy schedule. But, dear man that he is, he took to time to share his top 5 albums of 2011. We hope this list whets your curiosity and provides insight into just what makes [...]

"You sound like an angel of the Himalayans and mountains and rainbows!"--A very enthusiastic and very inebriated passerby in Columbia, MO. Thanks...
Once, I played tunes at my grandparents' old folks home for about 12 of the residents and, of course, my glowing grandparents. Playing in Saint Margarita, California felt very similar, except no one
Have you ever had moments where you weren't sure if you were awake or asleep? I kinda feel like that all the time these days. Van sleep isn't the best. Don't get me wrong, its cozy,
I almost got hit by water balloons on the streets of Boise. I guess that's what I get for being that asshole with a guitar playing for money on the sidewalk.
It's been a couple weeks since my last entry and in that time, I've been less of a musician and more of a doting uncle, or a mediocre but proud best man, or a sleep walking kamikaze. Hopefully

As a result, he began We Are The Willows, a folk-pop exploration and one of Miller's two musical projects (the other being the indie-rock band Red Fox Grey Fox.) He released his debut EP Bravery
