Braden J McKenna est un garçon très prolifique, non content d'avoir sévit sous le pseudo Navigator et sous son propre nom, il s'est réinventé un monde où les posters de Pavement tapisseraient les murs de sa chambre, sous celui de Weighted Pines . Braden J McKenna is an interesting character. I've never had an email from him which was much longer than a single sentence. Even after naming his Navigator album in my top two favourite albums of 2009, all I heard from him was a one line 'thanks very much, here's something new we just released'. Weekly Tape Deck

Weighted Pines is the new project from Braden J. McKenna of arrid SLC, Utah. Though I had not heard of McKenna before he apparently has multiple projects and each with a different sound. Weighted Pines new eponymous debut is a slow-tempo folk-pop usually with songs around 1 minute in length in a style very similar to Robert Pollard's.
