I'm not sleeping well. The last two mornings in Birmingham I woke up at 6:30am and couldn't get back to sleep. My first morning back in Los Angeles I woke up again and couldn't get back to sleep. Last night I thought if I stayed out late enough it would tire me out completely. So, I stayed out until after 3:00am, then passed out and woke up 2 hours later. I did not fall back asleep.
